Privacy notice

Short version: this site collects nothing unless you type it into a form, and the only form asks for your email so a file can be sent to you.

Who is responsible

TSR Intelligence Ltd, registered in England and Wales, is the data controller. Contact: steve@tsri.ai.

What is collected

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from other companies. Browsing it leaves no personal data with us.

If you request the Companion Pack, the form collects your email address and, if you choose to give it, your name. Nothing else.

Why, and on what basis

• To send you the pack. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, namely responding to a request you made.
• To email you occasionally about new writing, tools and errata, but only if you tick the box. Lawful basis: consent. The box is not ticked by default and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is held

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are visible only to us. If a mailing list is used in future, this notice will name the provider before any list is created.

How long

Requests for the pack are kept for up to 24 months. If you consented to updates, your details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email steve@tsri.ai and it will be actioned within one month.

If you are unhappy with how a request is handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
